Mission Viejo Library Offers Volunteer Homework Help for Grades 2–6 on November 10

MISSION VIEJO — November 2, 2026. Mission Viejo Library has scheduled a volunteer-supported homework help session for students in grades two through six on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

What students should bring

The city asks children to arrive with specific assignments, so tutors can focus on work students are actually doing in school. The sessions are intended to support learning, not substitute for classroom instruction or a full private tutoring service.

Advance registration

The library says registration opens one week before each session. Seating is limited by the program’s booking system, so families should not assume that simply arriving secures a tutoring slot.

Contact and venue

Sessions take place at Mission Viejo Library, 100 Civic Center. The city lists 949-452-8342 for program questions, and families can use the event page to find the registration link.
